• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per transaction
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during operating hours

• VIP members enjoy higher daily withdrawal limits compared to regular members
• Withdrawals will not be processed if bonus rollover requirements have not been fully met
